Manage Stand Personnel

  1. Please enter the first name, last name and e-mail address per person.
  2. Select the days and ticket type
  3. Then click on the Save button. The registration code will now be sent to the stand attendant.
  4. After you have saved the registration, you can download the e-tickets of the stand attendant by clicking on the button "Download E-Ticket".
  5. You can send the code again via the Send code button.
  6. If you want to change a stand attendant, cancel the respective stand attendant. You can then enter a new stand attendant.
  7. Cancellations and changes are possible until 11:59 PM on Novemeber 4, 2024.

Each person of the stand personnel needs a user account. The user account for 'my tekom' or 'my conference tool' are accepted.

Steps to redeem the registration code

  1. Log in on the conference page.
  2. Select under Tickets > Redeem registration code.
  3. Copy the registration code into the appropriate field and accept the conditions of participation.
  4. Submit the form. You are registered as a stand personnel and as a conference participant for the day and can use all functions.

 

  • Depending on the size of your stand, you can register a fixed number of stand personnel per day.
  • For the fixed number you will receive a free conference ticket for the day, including admission to the trade fair and lunch.
  • In addition, you can register the same number of stand supervisors at discounted ticket rates.
  • The maximum number of stand personnel per day is fixed and the number of registration codes is set up according to this.
  • If you delete a free ticket, one of the payable tickets will automatically become free of charge.

You will receive a conference ticket for the respective day. This includes the following services:.

  • Attendance of lectures, meetups and workshops of the conference for the day. For workshops, a seat reservation is required.
  • lunch
  • Visit the fair and exhibition program

The exhibitor must occupy the stand with knowledgeable personnel present during the entire fair period. The stand personnel selected must be reported on the tekom registration tool no later than November 4, 2024.
Therefore the administrator will receive a link from tcworld in time. The exhibitor passes must be downloaded by the attendee itself to enter the fairground. During assembly, disassembly and the trade fair, exhibitor passes must be visibly worn. The full balance must be received before the download of exhibitor passes.

The stand rental charge includes personnel in relation to the size of the space:
Up to 9 sqm: 1 person | From 20 sqm: 4 persons | From 40 sqm: 8 persons | From 60 sqm: 12 persons | From 10 sqm: 2 persons | From 30 sqm: 6 persons | From 50 sqm: 10 persons

For additional stand personnel, the following fees will be charged:
Members: 115 Euro/day + VAT
Non-members: 170 Euro/day + VAT

Exhibitor passes entitle you to attend the conference. The fee for exhibitor attendees includes lunch and beverages (self-service stations) during the event. Trade fair tickets (guest vouchers) are not valid as tickets for stand personnel. Fees for any registered stand personnel who have not canceled by 11:59 PM on November 4, 2024 will be charged in full after the conference.
