Edgar Hellfritsch, M.Sc. in Computer Science, is Managing Director of doctima GmbH, where his responsibilities include the digitization of editorial processes. He is an expert in solutions based on CCMS, XML, and HTML, the author of the section on Digitization in Technical Communication in the latest tekom Key Figures Study, co-author of the tekom Guide to Mobile Documentation and a member of the iiRDS Consortium.
