Efficient and targeted service operations require more than extensive manuals – they demand precise, context-specific information tailored to the situation at hand. At ZEISS RMS, we address this need with the Service Copilot, an AI-powered assistant that leverages an Industrial Knowledge Graph integrated with Agentic AI. By connecting distributed data sources including device configuration, component history, and real-time status the Service Copilot delivers actionable insights to field technicians. This enables informed decisions, such as whether a component should be replaced or retained, and ensures access to the right tools, spare parts, and service history when and where they are needed. Our approach transforms complex data into intelligent support for service excellence.
