This tutorial for beginners shows why accessibility in software documentation is no longer optional. As products reach broader audiences, inaccessible documentation silently excludes users, increases support costs, and weakens adoption. In this session, attendees will learn what accessibility really means, why it matters today more than ever, and how simple steps can make documentation accessible for everyone. No prior knowledge is required – only the interest in writing more inclusive content. Participants will leave with concrete guidelines, starter techniques, and a set of tools to begin improving their documentation as soon as possible.

Takeaways
