Marianne Macgregor has an MA in Humanities (History) and works at SAP SE in Germany as a project lead and trainer. She trained and certified as a conversation designer, conversational copywriter, and AI trainer for digital assistants and voice assistants. She is a member of the digital assistant consultant service and the prompt engineering consultant service at SAP and trainer for SAP’s internal promptathon workshops. Currently she is working on prompt engineering for large language models, and has created a SharePoint on prompting for non-developers. Marianne is a firm believer in constant learning and innovation and is passionate about ethical AI. She is always looking for new ways to help upskill technical authors. In her free time, Marianne dabbles in generative AI art.
